1. Senior Analytics Lead

Experience – 6+ years

CTC – C1 – Max – 26 Lpa, C2 – 34 Lpa

We are looking for a motivated, self-starter and experienced analytics qualified who can support recurring business reporting, dashboard development, ad-hoc analysis, exec ready insights, and process automation. The person should be able to operate as an offshore lead and manage/guide the work of 1-2 junior resources as needed. Candidate should be on a team leader/ manager/ senior manager kind of designations – having exp in team management.

1. Experience with Funnel analysis, conversion rates, trend analysis, variance analysis, attribution, segmentation or root-cause analysis
2. Ability to lead and create exec-ready summaries, slides, and business narrative from ambiguous business problems.
3. Strong SQL skills, Tableau (or similar BI dashboards) and Python experience preferred.
4. Experience supporting reporting table changes, metric/data model updates, change requests, UAT validation, production checks and downstream dashboard impact assessment.
