- Manage industrial construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for warehouse/factory/plant projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-20 years of experience in managing industrial construction projects (warehouses/factories/plants).
- Strong understanding of costing principles and ability to prepare accurate estimates.
- Excellent project planning skills with attention to detail and solid organizational abilities.
- Proven track record in scheduling complex industrial projects on time within budget.
