Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
- Own the end-to-end coding lifecycle from requirement analysis and design to development, unit testing, and deployment
- Develop, customize, and maintain reports (e.g., Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, or similar reporting tools)
- Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code for performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and other developers
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members




- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle technologies
- Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, triggers, cursors, exception handling)
- Proven experience in end-to-end software development/coding
- Experience in report development (Oracle Reports / BI Publisher / similar tools)
- Strong understanding of database design, performance tuning, and query optimization
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
