5+ years of experience in FnA - GL activities • Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills • Interaction with the client - Governance calls • SLA adherence • Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred
