About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Creative Designer who can conceptualize and produce high-quality static and video creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and client-facing collateral. The ideal candidate blends strong design craft with AI-assisted production tools, and is comfortable interfacing directly with clients from creative briefing through approvals and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Content Production

- Design static creatives, banners, carousels, and social media posts for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for reels, ads, and client campaigns
- Create motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video content
- Use AI image and video generation tools to speed up ideation and production
- Produce quick-turnaround creatives using Canva / PosterMyWall for time-sensitive requests

Client Communication

- Communicate directly with clients to understand creative briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives
- Join and record client meetings, capturing key discussion points and action items
- Present creative concepts and revisions clearly, articulating design rationale
- Track and obtain necessary approvals from clients before content goes live
- Manage client feedback loops professionally and within timelines

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare creative status reports and approval trackers for internal and client review




- Maintain organized records of approved assets, revisions, and meeting notes
- Coordinate with the marketing/media buying team to align creatives with campaign performance goals
- Flag delays or bottlenecks proactively to keep production on schedule

Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of experience in a design/creative role, preferably within a digital marketing agency
- Robust portfolio demonstrating both static and video work
- Working knowledge of social media ad specs and formats (Meta, Instagram, Google Display)
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of the creative workflow, not just traditional software
- Excellent communication skills — confident speaking with clients, taking meeting notes, and following up on approvals
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Good to Have

- Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics (to align creative with what's working)
- Experience with quick-turnaround content for trending/seasonal campaigns
- Familiarity with brand guideline adherence across multiple client accounts
