- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain scalable cloud-based applications using IVR (Interactive Voice Response) technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbots into existing systems and ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Develop AI-powered solutions to improve customer experience through natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Troubleshoot issues related to CX (Customer Experience) platforms and provide timely resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Cloud Developer or similar role.
- Solid understanding of artificial intelligence concepts such as machine learning algorithms and neural networks.
- Proficiency in developing chatbot interfaces using various programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
