Job Summary

We are looking for an MDM Engineer with hands-on experience in NinjaOne MDM to manage and support enterprise mobile and endpoint environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage iOS, Android, and Windows devices using NinjaOne MDM.
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, connectivity, policy, compliance, and application issues.
- Configure device profiles, security policies, and compliance baselines.
- Manage application deployment, updates, patching, and device lifecycle activities.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, remote lock, wipe, and device retirement.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.




- Work within SLA-driven support environments and participate in shifts/on-call support.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with NinjaOne MDM
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Endpoint Management
- iOS, Android, and Windows device management
- Device Enrollment and Provisioning
- Policy Configuration and Compliance Management
- Application / Software Deployment
- Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, or Android Enterprise
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- IT Operations, NOC, or Managed Services
- ServiceNow or other ITSM tools

Preferred Skills

Microsoft Intune, Jamf, VMware Workspace ONE, NinjaOne RMM, PowerShell, Automation, ITIL, and Endpoint Security.
