Job Description Kindergarten Teacher

Role Purpose

We are looking for a warm, creative and passionate Kindergarten Teacher who can nurture young learners and create an engaging classroom environment that supports their academic, social, emotional and overall development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate and activity-based learning experiences.
- Create a safe, positive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Develop children's early literacy, numeracy, communication, creativity and social skills.
- Use stories, music, art, games, activities and hands-on learning to make learning enjoyable.




- Observe and track children's learning and developmental progress.
- Maintain effective classroom routines and positive behaviour.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding children's progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and coordinators and actively participate in school events and activities.
- Follow school policies relating to child safety, safeguarding, discipline and professional conduct.
- Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Education / Early Childhood Education or a relevant field.
- NTT / Montessori / ECCE / D.El.Ed qualification will be an advantage.
- 13 years of Kindergarten / Early Years teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with the right aptitude and relevant qualification may also be considered.
