Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Java Spring Boot Developer with 10-20 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Cloud platforms, and distributed systems, along with experience in up-to-date software development practices and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and support Microservices-based architectures.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and service integrations.
- Build event-driven solutions using Kafka and messaging technologies.
- Work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project planning activities.

Educational Qualification
