We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with robust experience in Java, Angular/React, and Kafka. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on development experience in building enterprise-scale applications, designing distributed systems, developing responsive front-end applications, and implementing event-driven architectures.
The candidate should have experience leading development initiatives, driving technical solutions, mentoring teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java Full Stack technologies.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices-based applications.
- Develop responsive and modern user interfaces using Angular and/or React.
- Design and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka.
- Participate in application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for scalability and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Contribute throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) following Agile methodologies.

- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Travel, or Retail domains.
- Understanding of Design Patterns and Enterprise Architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Required Experience
- 9 to 15 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in Java
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Angular and/or React JS.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience working with Kafka and messaging platforms.
- Experience leading teams, owning technical deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
