Key Responsibilities

Test Automation

- Develop and maintain an automated testing framework for D365 CE and related applications.
- Create automated regression, smoke, and end-to-end test suites.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Define QA standards, test coverage goals, and best practices.

Functional Testing

- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, integration and regression testing as well as UAT testing for internal delivery items.
- Validate D365 CE customizations, workflows, Power Automate flows, integrations, and security models.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Conduct release validation and post-deployment testing.

Collaboration

- Work closely with business analysts, developers,



and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and release planning activities.
- Provide quality metrics, risk assessments, and testing status updates.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience implementing automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.

Success Measures

- Increase automated test coverage across CRM applications.
- Reduce manual testing effort for recurring releases.
- Improve release quality and reduce production defects.
- Establish repeatable QA processes and testing standards.
