We are looking for a Clinical Training Specialist to train internal sales teams and external hospital stakeholders including doctors, nurses, technicians, and paramedical staff on clinical applications and product usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver clinical and product training for sales teams and hospital customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training at hospitals, conferences, and events.
- Accompany sales teams on field visits and provide clinical support and coaching.
- Address clinical/product queries from doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Identify training gaps and track training effectiveness.
- Support product launches, installations, upgrades, and customer training.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in BPT, MPT, Nursing, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS or equivalent healthcare/paramedical qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical training, medical devices/MedTech, clinical applications, healthcare sales, or sales support.
- Experience training internal teams and hospital/healthcare professionals.
- Solid presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- English and Hindi mandatory; Telugu is an advantage.
