We are looking for highly motivated Recruiters with 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for Engineering, Manufacturing/Production, and/or Data Center roles.

This is a fast-paced recruiting workplace where recruiters are expected to take end-to-end ownership of requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, make high-volume calls, and consistently deliver quality candidates within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage high-volume/bulk hiring for Engineering, Manufacturing/Production, and Data Center positions.
- Source, screen, qualify, and engage candidates through multiple channels.
- Make 80+ candidate calls per day and maintain consistent candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for repetitive and high-volume requirements.
- Understand job requirements and identify candidates based on skills, experience, location, availability, and other hiring criteria.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions, follow-ups, and recruiting activity in spreadsheets/ATS/VMS systems.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up proactively with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders.




- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting deadlines and productivity targets.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies when candidate availability is limited.
- Track recruiting metrics and pipeline activity using MS Excel/Spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates.
- Work collaboratively with recruiters, team leads, account managers, and hiring managers.
- Take ownership of assigned positions and drive them through the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- 6 months to 1.5 years of US Staffing / Recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in bulk/high-volume hiring.
- Experience recruiting for at least one of the following domains:
- Engineering
- Manufacturing / Production
- Data Center

- Strong candidate calling experience with the ability to make 80+ calls per day.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to build pipelines for repetitive and high-volume positions.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Spreadsheets.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including:

- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS Teams
- MS SharePoint

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment data.
