Role
We are looking for an experienced Design Head to lead residential interior design projects for flats and apartments, from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential interior design projects from concept to execution.
- Develop space plans, 2D drawings, 3D models, renders and working drawings.
- Handle client meetings, presentations and design discussions.
- Explain and recommend materials, finishes, hardware and design options to clients.
- Negotiate with clients on design, materials, scope and budgets.
- Coordinate with drafting, estimation, procurement and execution teams.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.
- Guide designers and ensure quality and timely delivery.
Must-Have Skills
- 7–12 years of residential interior design experience.
- Strong experience with residential flats and apartments.
- Excellent 3D modelling and rendering skills.
- Solid knowledge of interior materials, finishes, hardware and modular furniture.
- Excellent client handling, communication and negotiation skills.
- English, Telugu and Hindi – Mandatory.
Mandatory Software
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray or D5 Render
Good to have: Photoshop, Revit and other design/project management software.
