Job Description Store Manager (IRTH)

Location: Sarath City Mall, Hyderabad (IRTH L1 Store)

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) Titan Payroll (3 Years Contract)

Designation: Store Manager

Experience: 4 to 10 Years
Industry Preference: Retail Fashion, Handbags, Accessories, Lifestyle, Luxury Retail

Education: Any Graduate

Compensation: 30,000 to 45,000 Take-Home per Month

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the operations of our IRTH store at Sarath City Mall. The ideal candidate should have strong retail management experience, excellent team-handling skills, and a proven track record of driving sales, customer satisfaction, and store profitability.

Role & responsibilities

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Manage end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor store KPIs including sales conversion, average bill value, footfall conversion, and productivity metrics.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per brand guidelines.




- Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Plan and execute local store-level initiatives to drive business growth.
- Preferred background in fashion, handbags, accessories, footwear, lifestyle, or premium retail brands.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Good understanding of retail KPIs and store profitability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
