We are hiring for International Customer Support & Sales Executives for an International Voice Process in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle international customers while identifying sales and upselling opportunities.
Location- Hyderabad (Manikonda)

Salary- Up to 4LPA
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Identify sales, upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Explain products/services and convert potential leads into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales, productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction details in CRM.
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
Candidate Requirements-
- Excellent English communication is mandatory.
- Experience in International Voice / International BPO / Customer Support / Sales for minimum of 6 months preferred.
- Candidates with International Voice or Sales experience will have an advantage.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-oriented with good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in US rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and valuable typing skills.
- Candidates from BPO, Customer Service, International Voice, Telesales or Inside Sales backgrounds can apply.
Compensation-
Maximum CTC: 4 LPA
