Job Summary

We are looking for a Planning Coordinator to support our Production Planning Control activities. The role involves coordinating production schedules, monitoring progress, ensuring material availability, and maintaining smooth communication between Planning, Production, Cutting, Assembly, and Stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily production activities across Planning, Production, Cutting, Assembly, and Stores.
- Communicate production priorities, schedules, changes, and urgent requirements.
- Monitor production progress and follow up on pending quantities.
- Coordinate with Raw Material Stores to ensure timely material availability.
- Track planned vs. actual production and identify delays or shortages.
- Ensure smooth movement of cut components from Cutting to Assembly.
- Prepare daily production and material status reports.
- Follow up on pending actions and escalate delays or production issues.
- Maintain accurate production planning and tracking records.




- Support daily and weekly production review meetings.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in production coordination, planning, or stores coordination.
- Basic understanding of production processes and material flow.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
- Robust communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing is preferred.
