- Provide training to students on various subjects including technical and non-technical subjects
- Conduct lectures and deliver presentations on psychological assessment, counseling, and administrative skills for effective learning outcomes.
- Develop lesson plans and course materials for teaching purposes using Google Apps and other relevant tools.
- Participate in extracurricular activities related to industry events, seminars, workshops, etc.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum design and implementation.
For Digital Marketing:
Handle overall marketing, lead generation and promotional activities of the company
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in a similar role or field (aviation/education).
- Robust communication skills with ability to teach complex concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in multilingual language skills. English is essential. Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi are preferred additional languages.
- Proven Marketing experience and former ROI if possible
