Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of ground-mounted and rooftop solar PV projects.

Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource deployment.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC partners, vendors, and subcontractors.

Ensure timely procurement and availability of project materials and equipment.

Monitor civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical works at site.

Manage installation of module mounting structures, solar PV modules, inverters, transformers, HT/LT systems, SCADA, and transmission infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, statutory regulations, and client requirements.

Monitor project cost, budget, productivity, and cash flow.

Conduct regular progress review meetings and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and EHS standards.

Manage subcontractors and monitor project performance.

Coordinate testing, commissioning, grid synchronization, and project handover.

Ensure timely completion and successful closure of projects

Preferred candidate profile





- 13-20 years of overall experience, with at least 12 years of relevant experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy Projects.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end execution of Solar Power Projects, preferably Utility-Scale and Ground-Mounted Solar Projects.
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, EPC execution, project planning, site management, testing and commissioning.
- Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and internal engineering teams.
- Ability to manage project schedules, manpower, materials, cost, quality and project timelines.
- Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and project reporting/MIS will be preferred.
- Solid leadership, team management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and relocate as per project requirements.
- Candidates with prior experience in Solar EPC companies or large infrastructure/EPC projects will be preferred.
