Role & responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and project objectives.
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts.
- Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
- Create detailed working drawings, execution drawings, and layouts using relevant design software.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Prepare 2D/3D designs and visualizations to effectively present concepts to clients.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams throughout the project.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design specifications are properly implemented.
- Incorporate client feedback and make necessary design revisions.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure quality and attention to detail.
- Coordinate multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, products, and design techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 03 years of relevant experience in interior design; freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.
- Strong creative sense with an eye for aesthetics, functionality, and detail.
- Good understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting,



and interior construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is preferred.
- Knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, or similar software will be an added advantage.
- Robust 2D/3D visualization and presentation skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand and incorporate client requirements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Organized, proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Portfolio of interior design work is required.
- Candidates based in Lucknow or willing to work from our Lucknow studio will be preferred.
