- Manage a team responsible for debt recovery through various channels, including bucket management and NPA resolution.
- Ensure timely identification, escalation, and resolution of critical issues related to collections.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in collections or debt recovery.
- Solid understanding of Sarfaesi Act regulations and their application in the financial sector.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting letters and reports related to collections activities.
