Compensation & Benefits

Freshers • CTC: 18,000 per month
• Take Home Salary: 14,566 per month

Experienced Candidates • CTC: 19,000 per month
• Take Home Salary: 15,410 per month

Quarterly Performance Bonus: 1,929

Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory
• Candidates must have their own laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection

Work Schedule

- 9-hour rotational shifts
• Rotational weekly offs
• Night shifts are included

Significant Information

- No leave can be availed during the first 90 days from the date of joining
• Festival leaves are not available
