Salesforce Lead with GXP Compliance,

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and expertise on complex projects.
- Project Management: Oversee full lifecycle engineering efforts, from proposal development to deployment and support, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and development standards.
- Positive Experience in managing multiple programs simultaneously, and global delivery model experience, Proactive communication/risk assessment and collaboration with client.
- GXP process experience (navigating through the GXP process challenges seamlessly).
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and other relevant technologies.
- Integration: Manage Salesforce integrations, data migrations, and release management processes.
- Code Review: Utilize code review tools such as SonarQube to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- CI/CD:



Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes using tools like GIT, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
- Implementation: Lead at least 2+ full-lifecycle SFDC implementations, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Web Technologies: Leverage core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery in Salesforce projects.
- Web Services: Implement and manage web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML) within Salesforce solutions.
- Module Expertise: Provide deep expertise in at least two Salesforce modules, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, or Force.com.
- Best Practices: Adhere to and promote Salesforce best practices, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Enterprise Integration: Implement enterprise-level Salesforce integrations, focusing on reliability and performance.
- Data Migration: Utilize data migration solutions, such as Apex Data Loader and DML, to transfer data efficiently.
- Configuration: Configure Salesforce features including case management, rerouting, prioritization, re-assignment, business rules, workflows, macros, metrics, and dashboards.
