- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.
Job Requirements :
- 7-11 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or a related field.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors software or similar systems.
- Robust understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
