Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the entire tendering process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring timely submission of tenders and meeting client expectations.
- Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and bids for commercial projects in industrial construction, MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing), and other related fields.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and information necessary for tender preparation, including technical specifications, drawings, and documents.
- Evaluate tenders received from various contractors to identify the most suitable candidate based on factors such as price, quality of workmanship, and project experience.

Job Requirements :

- 4-15 years of experience in industrial construction or a related field with expertise in tender estimation, preparation, documentation, and evaluation.
- Solid understanding of commercial projects in industries like mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP) and industrial projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
