Role & responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV cameras continuously and observe activities across the plant, warehouse, office, gates, and other designated areas.
- Identify suspicious activities, theft, unauthorized entry, safety violations, and unusual movement of employees, visitors, vehicles, or materials.
- Maintain daily surveillance logs and incident reports.
- Immediately report serious incidents or abnormalities to the Security Head / Management.
- Review previous CCTV footage whenever required for investigations.
- Coordinate with security guards, administration, HR, and plant management regarding incidents.
- Monitor vehicle movement, material inward/outward activities, loading and unloading operations, wherever applicable.
- Ensure cameras and surveillance systems are functioning properly and report technical faults.




- Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and sensitive company information.
- Assist management in investigating theft, pilferage, misconduct, accidents, and security-related incidents.
- Keep proper records of important footage and incidents for future reference.
- Follow company security policies and standard operating procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience working in a manufacturing plant, factory, warehouse, or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance software.
- Able to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Strong observation and reporting abilities.
- Honest, disciplined, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
