- BQS / Romaco Blister Packing Machine, Auto Cartonator Machine, CV and Contact Bulk packing machine operator.
- Set up and operate machines for blister packing, bottle filling, or strip packing.
- This includes refilling packaging materials like foil, PVC, or bottles and ensuring proper feeding of the drug product into the machines.
- Oversee downstream activities such as cartoning, leaflet insertion, over-wrapping, and case packing to prepare products for bulk shipping.
- Perform format changeovers and adjustments to accommodate different product sizes.
- They also execute routine cleaning and preventive maintenance to prevent cross-contamination and ensure equipment reliability.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, including leak tests for blisters,
visual inspections for defects, and verification of batch coding (lot number and expiry date).
- Maintain real-time Batch Packaging Records (BPR) and equipment logbooks in strict accordance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure the packing area is completely cleared of all materials and documentation from previous batches before starting a current run.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: ITI / HSC / SSC
Experience: 02 to 05 Years in Pharmaceutical industry, Prefer OSD Plant Experience
