Responsibilities:

- Source, negotiate, and purchase direct materials such as NVH related parts, rubber seals, and gaskets ensuring on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product needs and specifications.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement contracts and company policies.
- Participate in supplier evaluation and selection processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with procurement contracts and supplier management.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and ERP systems.
