The Role:

We are looking for a Lead Architect who can lead our design team, manage multiple projects and act as the key design interface with clients. This is a role for someone who enjoys design, people, clients and executionand wants to take ownership from the first concept through design development and execution support.

What You Will Do:

Lead the Design Team

- Lead and mentor architects and designers.
- Allocate projects and manage design deliverables and timelines.
- Review designs and maintain quality and design standards.
- Build a collaborative and creative design culture.

Design & Project Ownership

- Lead residential and commercial projects from concept to detailed design.
- Develop concepts,



space planning, layouts, material palettes and design presentations.
- Review drawings, details, BOQs and design documentation.
- Coordinate with execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained on site.

Client Management:

- Act as the primary design point of contact for clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into strong design solutions.
- Present concepts and design developments confidently.
- Manage design discussions, feedback and approvals.

Cross-functional Coordination:

- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, vendors and contractors.
- Resolve design and execution challenges with practical solutions. Ensure designs are functional, commercially viable and executable.

What We're Looking For:

- B.Arch degree Mandatory
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design.
- Experience in handling residential and commercial projects.
- Solid design sense with practical understanding of execution.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and presentation/design tools.
- Strong communication and client-management skills.
- Ability to lead a team while being hands-on with design.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
