- Generate weighment slips and maintain daily weighbridge records.
- Perform weighbridge transactions in SAP systems.
- Coordinate with Security, Stores, Production, and Dispatch teams for smooth vehicle movement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory weighing procedures and company SOPs.
- Report weighbridge equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance.
- Monitor unauthorised vehicle movement and prevent fraudulent weighment practices.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly weighment reports.
