- Operate and monitor AFBC Boiler and auxiliaries as per SOP and safety guidelines.
- Monitor key parameters such as steam pressure, temperature, drum level, bed temperature and furnace pressure through DCS/field instruments.
- Ensure smooth operation of FD/ID/PA fans, coal feeders, feed pumps, conveyors and ash handling systems.
- Identify operational abnormalities and assist in troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation teams during maintenance activities.
- Maintain shift logbooks, operational records and equipment checklists.
- Follow all safety, environmental and boiler operating procedures.
- Support secure and efficient steam and power generation and ensure proper shift handover.
