Job description:

1. CMT Planning – Cut, Make & Trim
- Plan and organise the complete Cut-Make-Trim (CMT) process for made-up textile products.
- Plan cutting, stitching, finishing, trimming and packing requirements according to production schedules.
- Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, machines and materials.

- Production Planning & Execution

- Prepare productive production plans and ensure timely execution of orders.
- Allocate work effectively across different production stages.
- Monitor daily production against targets and take immediate corrective action wherever required.
- Ensure minimum production delays, bottlenecks and wastage.

- Quality Control – Critical Responsibility

- Take overall responsibility for maintaining consistent quality of finished made-up products.
- Ensure quality is maintained at every stage from cutting through stitching, finishing and packing.
- Identify quality problems and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Minimise rejections, alterations, rework and customer complaints.

- Production Efficiency

- Ensure maximum productivity from available manpower and machinery.
- Monitor production efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Control wastage of fabric, yarn,



trims and other materials.
- Ensure production targets are achieved without compromising quality.

- Manpower Management

- Supervise and manage workers and supervisors in the finishing/made-ups section.
- Ensure proper deployment and utilisation of manpower.
- Maintain discipline and productivity within the department.

- Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate with management and other departments regarding production requirements, materials, quality and delivery schedules.
- Anticipate production requirements and plan manpower, machines and materials accordingly.
- Ensure smooth flow of production and timely completion of orders.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Textile Industry.

Salary Annual CTC: Rs.4 Lakhs per annum

Age: 40 and above

Qualification: Graduation / Diploma in Textile Technology
