Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chats.

- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed solutions to customers.

Skills Required

Excellent fluency in english & Hindi is manditory

Salary - CTC - 22,000/-

17,000 to 19,000 (Take Home)

Work Timing

9am to 6pm

8 Hours work 1 hour break
