Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong hands-on experience in Core HCM configuration.
- Good knowledge of Workday Business Processes and Security.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and organizational structures.
- Experience with Workday implementation, enhancement, or production support projects.
- Positive analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday Core HCM certification is preferred.
