The opportunity: Associate - Investigations & Compliance - Bangalore

Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- The candidates should have strong banking industry experience, including concurrent audits and policy and procedure reviews across both regulatory and non-regulatory domains. Good understanding of end-to-end process workflows.
- Experience with audit documentation standards and testing methodologies.
- Documentation related to design effectiveness, sampling strategies, testing plans, control testing attributes, and assessing the operating effectiveness of selected samples in line with methodologies followed by global banks.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Commerce
- Master of Commerce
- Master of Business Administration

Experience

- Data Analysis (2+ years)
- Quality Assurance & Testing (3+ years)
