Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and review US Corporate Income Tax (Form 1120) returns using OneSource Income Tax (OIT).
- Perform and oversee trial balance imports, adjustments, and diagnostics clearing within OIT.
- Lead setup and maintenance of chart of accounts, Tax Classification Codes (TCCs), M-line mapping, and state line mapping.
- Import and manage apportionment data and state-specific tax adjustments.
- Post data to organizer and ensure accuracy in return preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide junior staff on project deliverables.
- Manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of high-quality work.
- Communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrate leadership and a proactive approach to learning, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Work onsite as required and contribute to team development and strategic initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; Masters, EA, or CPA preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in US Corporate Income Tax (Form 1120) compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in OneSource Income Tax (OIT) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with CCH Axcess,



Caseware, and Fixed Asset Software (FAS) is a plus.
- Strong technical understanding of US Federal and State tax regulations.
- Expertise in handling trial balance imports, adjustments, diagnostics, and apportionment processes within OIT.
- In-depth knowledge of chart of accounts setup, TCCs, M-line mapping, and state line mapping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, lead projects, and mentor junior team members.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to work onsite and collaborate across departments.
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous learning, innovation, and team success.
