We’re currently seeking a

PROJECT MANAGER_GREENFIELD

Main responsibilities and duties :

- Responsible for current project implementation and acceptance (plant, new equipment installation, modification of existing equipment)
- Participate in the design of the new project, select the appropriate technology to ensure that facilitate maintenance of the equipment in the future and reduce maintenance costs
- Responsible for the preliminary planning and long-term vision of projects, coordinate with design units and user departments, and complete the preliminary design work.
- Responsible for completing government approvals and handling relevant procedures for new projects, ensuring the implementation of the new project.
- Responsible for the preparation and procurement of engineering and equipment bidding documents, the investment budget of the project,



and investment control during the implementation process.
- Responsible for all coordination with contractors, coordinating and tracking project management progress for new projects, including progress control, investment/cost control, change management, document management, etc.
- Responsible for organizing completion acceptance related to the project
- Responsible for new project implementation and acceptance (plant, new equipment installation, modification of existing equipment)

- Responsible for preparing the company's confidentiality signed with the vendor or contractor contracts and agreements

Requirements :

Qualifications et Experience

- Bachelor/ Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Project)
- minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry in Projects or maintenance. Experience in setting up at least one greenfield Project in manufacturing industry from land acquisition to handover to Production department.

Professional abilities

- Good communication skills, teamwork, analytical mind, rigor, strong leadership.
- Good Knowledge of maintenancefacility techniques and greenfield project management
- Good command of IT equipment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
- Proficiency in English

Technical knowledge

- In-depth knowledge of working methods used by first tier automotive suppliers (MRP, Lean Manufacturing, JIT,…).
- Knowledge of applicable National Building Construction Standards for factory.
- Notions of local law, health and safety
- Perfect command of the QCD aspects
