Digital Marketing Account Manager – Better Insights

About the Role

Better Insights is a marketing & branding agency running Meta/Google Ads campaigns and CRM implementations for clients across education, healthcare, and real estate. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to own client relationships end-to-end — someone who can translate campaign performance into a conversation the client understands, lead the team working on that account, and coordinate internally between ads, creative, and CRM teams so nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

- Own day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of clients — single point of contact for all things account-related
- Lead and manage the team working on your accounts (ads executives, designers, CRM/content support) — assign work, review output, and ensure quality and timely delivery
- Understand each client's business goals and translate them into briefs for the ads, creative, and CRM teams
- Coordinate internally to ensure campaigns, content, and deliverables are executed on time and to scope
- Track campaign performance (Meta/Google Ads, CRM/lead data) and prepare client-ready reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Lead regular client calls/meetings — performance reviews, strategy discussions, and check-ins
- Spot upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage timelines, scopes, and expectations to keep projects on track and clients happy




- Handle escalations and resolve issues quickly, keeping both client and internal teams aligned
- Maintain account documentation — SOWs, deliverables trackers, meeting notes, renewal timelines

What We're Looking For

- 2–4+ years of experience in client servicing/account management at a digital marketing or advertising agency, with some experience managing or leading a small team
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing fundamentals (you don't need to run campaigns, but you need to understand them well enough to explain them and guide a team executing them)
- Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable speaking to founders, marketing heads, and senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts and the people working on them simultaneously, without dropping the ball
- Analytical mindset — can read a performance report and pull out what actually matters for the client
- Highly organized, proactive, and calm under deadline pressure
- Bonus: experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and familiarity with education or healthcare sector clients

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
- Prior experience in an agency workplace (strongly preferred over brand-side)
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team preferred
