We’re looking for a Senior Designer– Product Design & Development (Studio Team) to help develop our current and future electric two-wheelers, carrying approved design ideas through detailing, prototypes and production-facing reviews.
What you’ll do
- Support product design and aesthetic detailing, while guiding junior designers and reviewing their work.
- Coordinate with external design agencies, consolidate feedback and participate in aesthetic CAS and Class-A reviews.
- Work with R&D;, Sourcing and suppliers on new parts, samples, feasibility and prototype improvements.
- Prepare design presentations, communicate review decisions and track open actions.
- Maintain clear briefs, feedback, revisions and approval records.
What we’re looking for
- Relevant experience in automotive, mobility or product design, with a strong portfolio.
- An understanding of how design intent carries through surfacing, prototyping and engineering development.
- The ability to guide junior designers and work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Transparent visual communication, presentation and documentation skills.
