Oracle AI / Agentic Finance ConsultantOracle Fusion Cloud AI, AR & Collections SpecialistOverview

DataMTX is seeking an experienced Oracle AI Consultant to support a strategic engagement focused on evaluating, designing, and potentially implementing Oracle's AI and Agentic capabilities within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

The consultant will work directly with finance leadership, Oracle stakeholders, and project teams to assess Oracle's native AI functionality, agent-based automation capabilities, and real-world implementation opportunities across Finance, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Management, Billing, and related Order-to-Cash processes.

This is a highly consultative role requiring both deep Oracle Fusion expertise and hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agents, Oracle AI Agent Studio, GenAI-enabled workflows,



and finance transformation initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Agent Assessment

- Assess Oracle Fusion AI and Agentic capabilities against client business requirements.
- Evaluate Oracle's native AI roadmap, embedded AI features, and agent frameworks.
- Conduct workshops with Finance, AR, Collections, and Treasury stakeholders.
- Identify high-value use cases for AI-driven automation.
- Develop recommendations regarding feasibility, ROI, implementation complexity, and business impact.
- Document gaps, risks, prerequisites, and governance considerations.

Finance & AR Transformation
- Analyze current-state Order-to-Cash and Collections processes.
- Evaluate opportunities to improve:
- Accounts Receivable
- Collections
- Dispute Management
- Cash Application
- Billing
- Deductions
- Credit & Collections
- Working Capital Management
- Recommend target-state AI-enabled operating models.

Oracle Agent Configuration & Prototyping
- Configure and demonstrate Oracle AI Agents where appropriate.
- Prototype selected use cases.
- Validate data, security, workflow, and automation requirements.
- Support proof-of-concept activities and solution demonstrations.

Implementation Planning
- Create implementation roadmaps and deployment strategies.
- Estimate effort,



dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
- Define governance, monitoring, controls, and change-management requirements.
- Support transition from assessment into implementation phases.

Required QualificationsOracle Expertise
- 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
- 5+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Deep expertise in:
- Accounts Receivable
- Collections
- Billing
- Cash Management
- General Ledger
- Revenue Management
- Order-to-Cash processes

AI & Agent Experience
- Hands-on experience with Oracle AI capabilities in Fusion Applications.
- Experience evaluating, configuring, or deploying Oracle AI Agents.
- Knowledge of Oracle AI Agent Studio and Agentic Applications.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled finance automation initiatives.
- Understanding of GenAI governance, controls, security, and risk management.

Consulting Skills
- Executive stakeholder facilitation.

- Roadmap and strategy development.
- Client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Oracle AI Agent implementation experience.
- Experience with Oracle Collections, Advanced Collections, or Credit Management.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud upgrades and modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with Treasury, Working Capital, or Shared Services transformation programs.
- CPA, CMA, Oracle Cloud Certification, or equivalent credentials.
- Prior Big 4 consulting experience.
