Cojective is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive – Growth & Sales to help us build a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
This role involves identifying potential clients, starting conversations, generating qualified leads, following up with prospects, and setting up business meetings for the Cojective team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Conduct cold calls and initiate conversations with potential clients.
- Reach out to prospects through , WhatsApp and email.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential opportunities for Cojective.
- Qualify leads based on requirement, budget and timeline.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and active opportunities.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and lead database.
- Track outreach, conversations, meetings and conversions.
- Identify new industries, businesses and market opportunities for Cojective.
- Support marketing and business growth initiatives.
- Share market feedback and insights with the team.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with founders, business owners and decision-makers.
- Confident making cold calls and initiating conversations.
- Persistent, proactive and target-oriented.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and identify opportunities.
- Good follow-up and organisational skills.
- Willingness to take ownership and work independently.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

Compensation
