Vika Talent Solutions is looking for motivated and enthusiastic BDE Freshers to join our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential US clients.
- Generate new business leads through , email, calls, and other platforms.
- Connect with decision-makers and hiring managers.
- Introduce our recruitment and staffing services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain daily activity and prospecting reports.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting targets.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of and basic internet research.
- Strong interest in US business development / staffing / recruitment .
- Confident and proactive personality.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
