Company Overview

We are building a technology-driven Visa & Immigration platform focused on simplifying the visa journey through technology, transparent processes, accurate information, and professional guidance.

As we expand our sales and customer acquisition team, we are looking for experienced Sales Associates – Visa & Immigration who have already worked in the Visa, Immigration, Study Abroad, Overseas Education, or International Mobility industry and understand how to convert prospective customers into paying clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a target-driven and customer-focused Sales Associate with 1–3 years of hands-on Visa & Immigration sales experience .

Previous experience selling Visa & Immigration services is mandatory for this position.

This is not a general sales or fresher role. Candidates should already understand the Visa & Immigration sales process and be comfortable speaking with prospective applicants, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable services, handling objections, following up consistently, and closing sales.

The candidate will be responsible for the complete sales journey:

Lead Received → Customer Consultation → Requirement Qualification → Service Recommendation → Follow-Up → Objection Handling → Conversion → Payment → Handover

Key Responsibilities

Visa & Immigration Sales

- Handle inbound and outbound leads for visa and immigration services.
- Speak with prospective customers over the phone, WhatsApp, email, video calls, and other communication channels.
- Understand the customer's travel, immigration, study, work, or business requirements.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, profile, intent, timeline, and service suitability.
- Explain relevant visa and immigration services clearly and professionally.
- Educate customers about the overall application process, required documentation, timelines, service scope, and applicable professional fees.
- Recommend appropriate services based on customer requirements without making unsupported guarantees regarding visa outcomes.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective customers until closure.

Lead Conversion & Follow-Up

- Manage assigned leads from initial contact through conversion.
- Contact new leads within the defined response time.
- Conduct structured follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels.
- Handle customer questions and sales objections professionally.
- Identify reasons for lost opportunities and maintain accurate disposition records.
- Re-engage warm, inactive, and previously interested leads where appropriate.




- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure opportunities are continuously progressing.

Customer Consultation

- Conduct professional initial consultations with prospective applicants.
- Understand customer requirements including:
- Destination country
- Purpose of travel
- Visa category
- Travel timeline
- Employment or education requirements
- Previous travel/visa history where relevant to the service
- Coordinate with Visa & Immigration specialists when detailed case assessment is required.
- Ensure customers receive accurate information and avoid promising guaranteed approvals.

CRM & Sales Pipeline Management

- Record all leads, conversations, follow-ups, activities, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
- Maintain updated lead stages and pipeline information.
- Schedule follow-up activities and ensure no qualified lead is missed.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Track individual performance against assigned sales targets.
- Maintain visibility of:
- New leads
- Contacted leads
- Qualified opportunities
- Follow-ups
- Conversions
- Lost opportunities
- Revenue generated

Target Achievement

- Work against defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Achieve expected lead-to-conversion ratios.
- Focus on both sales volume and revenue generation.
- Monitor personal sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with management and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Collaboration

- Coordinate with the Visa Operations and Immigration teams after customer conversion.
- Ensure proper handover of customer requirements and information.
- Work with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and customer behavior.
- Share common customer questions, objections, and market feedback with the relevant teams.
- Maintain a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of professional sales experience specifically in the Visa & Immigration industry – Mandatory.
- Proven experience selling Visa, Immigration, Study Abroad, Overseas Education, Work Permit, or related services.
- Strong understanding of the visa and immigration sales cycle.




- Experience handling inbound and outbound leads.
- Strong lead qualification and conversion skills.
- Excellent follow-up and objection-handling abilities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience working against monthly sales targets.
- Good understanding of CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional telephone and WhatsApp communication.
- Customer consultation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and target orientation.

Preferred Visa Experience

Candidates with sales experience across multiple destinations will be strongly preferred, including:

- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Europe / Schengen countries
- UAE / Dubai
- Singapore
- Japan
- Turkey
- Other major international destinations

Experience across multiple visa categories will also be advantageous, including:

- Tourist / Visitor Visa
- Business Visa
- Student Visa
- Work Visa / Work Permit
- Employment Visa
- Family / Dependent Visa
- Immigration / PR-related services where applicable

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant visa and immigration sales experience is mandatory.
- Candidates currently working with a Visa & Immigration consultancy, immigration agency, study-abroad company, travel/visa organization, or similar business will be strongly preferred.
- Candidates should be able to explain their previous sales targets, lead volumes, conversion rates, and sales achievements during the interview.
