Role: Content Creation, Photography, Videography & Social Media

We conduct offline Public Speaking classes for kids across schools and residential communities in Bangalore. We’re looking for someone who can capture what happens inside our classrooms and turn those moments into engaging content for our social media.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys shooting, editing and experimenting with content. You don’t need to be an expert at everything. We care more about someone who has a positive visual sense, understands social media, and is genuinely excited about creating.

What you’ll do

- Visit our classes 2–3 times a week to shoot photos and videos
- Capture interesting classroom moments, activities, games, interactions and behind-the-scenes content
- Shoot content suitable for Instagram Reels, Stories and Posts
- Edit short-form videos and photographs for social media
- Plan and regularly publish content on our Instagram account
- Spot interesting moments and turn them into content ideas rather than only shooting from a predefined brief
- Experiment with formats, trends, storytelling styles and new content ideas
- Help us build a consistent visual presence across social media

Who we’re looking for

Someone who:

- Enjoys photography and videography




- Can shoot good content using a phone and/or camera
- Is comfortable editing short-form videos and photos
- Understands Instagram, Reels, Stories and current social media content formats
- Has a good eye for framing, lighting and interesting moments
- Is comfortable travelling around Bangalore to our class locations
- Is proactive and can work independently
- Likes experimenting and learning instead of waiting for detailed instructions for every piece of content

You could be a photographer, videographer, content creator, social media enthusiast or someone early in your career building a portfolio. Formal qualifications matter less to us than your work, creativity and interest in the role.
