- Ensure 100% final QC coverage before deliverables move to the next stage.

- Track project progress regularly and identify delivery risks, blockers, resource challenges, or quality concerns early.
- Support monthly demand-capacity planning, workload distribution, and resource utilization tracking.
- Help improve turnaround time by identifying delays, repeated effort, and workflow gaps.
- Ensure adoption of approved storyboard formats, templates, brand standards, and technical compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with IID, PM, Production, Post-Production, FFID, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Conduct regular cross-functional reviews with IID, Production, and Post-Production to reduce avoidable rework.
- Maintain clear communication, timely updates, and documented action items for critical projects.
- Guide GDs/Motion Graphic Designers on storyboard interpretation, visual execution, animation quality, and process adherence.
- Build a stronger ownership mindset within the GD team through structured coaching, accountability, and regular follow-ups.
- Prepare team members for higher responsibility through mentoring, stretch assignments, and capability-building discussions.
- Conduct regular team reviews, learning sessions, and quarterly development discussions.
- Ensure coverage for critical skills and reduce dependency on specific individuals.
- Implement measurable process improvements that improve quality, timelines, communication, or efficiency.
- Support the Senior Manager with project updates, dashboards, capacity reviews, stakeholder updates, and operational reporting.

- Good communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders at the same time.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to solve problems and escalate risks at the right time.
- Comfortable working with dashboards, trackers, production schedules, review comments, and status reports.
- Ability to maintain process discipline while supporting team learning and improvement.

Preferred Skills
