Compensation: Up to ₹7 LPA

What You'll Do:

Support:

- Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for deployed automations.
- Monitor automation health and ensure SLA and client support commitments are met.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
- Drive continuous improvements to reduce failures and manual intervention.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with business, product, QA, IT, and client teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.

Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain automations using Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.
- Develop supporting programs/scripts using TypeScript, Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Integrate automations with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Implement error handling, logging, monitoring,



and reliability improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to reusable automation solutions.

What We're Looking For:

- 4 years of experience in RPA development, with proven expertise in Microsoft Power Automate.
- Programming experience in TypeScript and at least one of Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience integrating automation with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and debugging skills, with ability to read logs and resolve production issues.
- Ability and willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
- Good communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with U.S. Mortgage domain applications or workflows.
- Interest in AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies.
- Aspiration to grow (personal and qualified)
- Interest in expanding beyond traditional RPA into broader automation and software engineering.
