Ads Specialist – Meta Ads, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads We are looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Set up and manage campaigns, ad sets, audiences, keywords, budgets, and bidding strategies. Conduct audience and competitor research to identify growth opportunities. Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies. Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI. Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, tags, and relevant analytics. Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns. Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports. Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies. Work with the content, creative, and sales teams to improve campaign performance. Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, policies,



targeting options, and best practices. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager. Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics. Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Robust analytical and data interpretation skills. Experience with lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns. Knowledge of remarketing, audience segmentation, and funnel strategies. Good communication and reporting skills. Preferred Experience Experience managing paid advertising budgets. Experience with B2B and/or B2C campaigns. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking. Experience with A/B testing and landing-page optimization. Role Objective To build and optimize paid advertising campaigns that generate quality traffic, leads, and conversions while continuously improving campaign efficiency and performance.
