About the Role

This role is responsible for overseas pre-sales technical support, including market & competitor research, solution design, bidding support and partner training for LED display business.

Responsibilities

- Conduct market research on regional industry markets and collect, organize and analyze customer demands in target countries.
- Gather and analyze competitor information and industry dynamics in regional target markets.
- Formulate localized product strategies and pricing strategies for target countries based on the company’s product system and regional market characteristics.
- Provide professional pre-sales technical consultation, complete product and equipment selection, guide solution design and configure technical schemes, and deliver complete project solution documents.
- Undertake product empowerment training and new product launch promotion for overseas regions.
- Deliver systematic training for technical and business personnel of regional partners, including distributors and engineering contractors.
- Provide end-to-end technical support for key and major projects in target regional countries.
- Be familiar with industry bidding and tendering procedures,



and support partners in technical docking for bidding projects and the preparation of standardized bidding documents.
- Complete system drawing design and production in accordance with customer project requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Automation and other science and engineering disciplines are preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of using English as the daily working language. Candidates proficient in minor languages are also acceptable.
- Prior working experience in LED display industry marketing, overseas sales, overseas technical support or key client account management is highly preferred.
- Possess strong listening comprehension, excellent communication and coordination skills, and rigorous logical thinking ability.
- Willing to take business trips or work at overseas regional offices of Qiangli LED, with strong pressure resistance and adaptability.
- Proficient in using CAD, Visio, Office and other office and drawing software.
