Role Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant Experience: 8 Years Relevant Experience: 8 Years in Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Payroll Employment Type: Full-Time Role: Senior Techno-Functional Consultant / Payroll Lead Location - Hyderabad & Bangalore Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Techno Functional Consultant with 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, configuration, testing, production support and payroll business processes. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR/Payroll teams, technical teams and project leadership to deliver scalable Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions. Key Responsibilities · Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations. · Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct Fit-Gap analysis. · Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll based on business and statutory requirements. · Configure and support: o Payroll Definitions o Legislative Data Groups o Legal Entities and Payroll Statutory Units o Payroll Relationships o Elements and Element Eligibility o Earnings and Deductions o Balances and Balance Feeds o Payment Methods o Payroll Costing o Payroll Flow Patterns o Calculation Cards o Retro Pay o QuickPay o Payroll Calculation and Prepayments o Payroll Reconciliation · Handle end-to-end payroll processing and validation. · Work on payroll costing, accounting and reconciliation with Finance/GL teams. · Support data migration and validation activities.



· Prepare Functional Solution Design documents, configuration workbooks and functional specifications. · Design and execute SIT, UAT, regression and parallel payroll testing. · Participate in CRP, UAT, cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare activities. · Analyze payroll calculation issues involving earnings, deductions, taxes, balances and payments. · Perform root-cause analysis and provide functional solutions. · Work with technical teams on Fast Formula, BI Publisher. · Coordinate with Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Compensation and Finance teams for integrated business processes. · Provide production/L2-L3 support and resolve critical payroll issues. · Support Oracle quarterly releases and assess the impact of new features and legislative updates. · Prepare functional documentation, user guides and knowledge-transfer material. · Conduct client/business-user training and configuration walkthroughs. · Mentor junior functional consultants and provide functional leadership. Mandatory Skills · 8 years of relevant Oracle HCM experience, with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud/Fusion Payroll. · Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration.



· Minimum 2–3 Oracle Payroll implementation/support projects preferred. · At least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation preferred. · Strong understanding of payroll processing, elements, balances, costing, payments and reconciliation. · Experience in SIT, UAT, parallel payroll testing and Go-Live. · Strong knowledge of payroll business processes and statutory requirements. · Experience working with Core HR and at least one of OTL, Absence Management. · Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills. · Good analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and documentation skills. Mandatory Technical Skills · Oracle Fast Formula · BI Publisher Preferred Qualifications · Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll certification. · Experience with US or/and Middle East Payroll localization. · Experience in global/multi-country payroll implementations. · Experience in Managed Services / Production Support. · Experience working with offshore/onshore global teams. Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for Functional 70% and Technical 30% work Experience, Relevant experience with 8 years specifically in Oracle Cloud/Fusion Payroll, strong hands-on configuration experience, multiple implementation/support projects, excellent payroll domain knowledge, and the ability to independently manage functional discussions with clients and business stakeholders.
