? Hiring: Senior Infor XA Consultant | India – Remote

We are looking for a Senior Infor XA (MAPICS) Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise to support implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and enterprise manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Infor XA implementations, rollouts, upgrades & support
- Analyze business requirements and design XA solutions
- Configure/customize Infor XA modules
- Work across Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Planning, Finance & Costing
- Handle integrations, reports & data migrations
- Troubleshoot complex issues and perform RCA
- Prepare documentation and conduct user training
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Infor XA / MAPICS
- Knowledge of RPG, CL, DB2/400,



AS/400 / IBM i
- Experience with Infor XA upgrades & performance tuning
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations
- Manufacturing / Supply Chain domain experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills

Positive to Have:

- Infor LX or Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)
- Discrete / Process Manufacturing experience
- Global rollouts / multi-site implementations
